Super Natural Set

This set offers four distinct naturally processed coffees from around the world. This is a fun iteration because we get to explore naturals being expressed with different flavor possibilities based on terroir and variety. Some, you will find are fruit-forward, and some a bit more spice-forward. These bags are 100 grams each. 

We are so proud to have these coffees as part of our coffee program. We love a tasting experience!

• Tierra de Mi Padre- Natural Peaberry - Mexico 

• Tierra de mi Padre is a staple in our lineup. This is a special lot of peaberries collected across the different communities that contribute to El Cuarenteno, La Yerba, Cofradia de Chocolon, and Huaynamota in Nayarit, Mexico. We have approached this coffee with a lighter roast to get notes of white chocolate, macadamia, dried pineapple, and grape. 

• Atitlán - Natural (multiple varieties)  - Guatemala

• This is our third year sourcing this coffee through our colleague, Kevin Nealon of Huckleberry Coffee Roasters. We're ecstatic to have this beautiful, community-oriented, natural Guatemalan coffee. This coffee boasts notes of mixed berries, dried pineapple, green grape, & caramel. It's extremely sweet, floral and berry-forward! 
  

• Ana Maria Donneys- Natural Anaerobic Caturra - Colombia

• Ana María Donneys is a 5th generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. She took over her family's coffee business after her grandfather passed away in 2019. Azafrán Natural is one of Café Primitivo's most representative coffees, not only for its sensorial profile, but also for the emotional and technical concept that underpins it. Its name is a tribute to her grandmother, a fundamental woman in her family history and a coffee lover, whose favorite flower was saffron. Inspired by its sweetness, elegance, and presence, they developed this coffee with the aim of capturing that same essence in every cup. We taste pink starburst, rum punch, and tamarind aftertaste.

• Dinkinesh: Tulise - Natural JARC Selections & Ethiopian Landraces - Ethiopia
• This Ethiopian natural comes to us from SNAP who works with farmers in the surrounding kebeles (communities) in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. This delicate coffee boasts florals, berries, pink lady apple and white tea.
