Coffee
Coffee is a perishable product and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or with missing items, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will make it right. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details or photos.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before your order is fulfilled.
Gear & Merchandise
We accept returns on non-consumable items, including brewing gear, drinkware, apparel, and other merchandise, within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number and any relevant details or photos when reaching out.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please document the damage with photos and share them with our customer service team.
