- We may temporarily snooze or throttle the app/online ordering when a shop is extra busy. If you get the message "Warning - Order Not Submitted. Order can't be submitted at selected time," it means we have the max orders that we can fit in a slot. Please try back in a bit or schedule an order via the online link.
- Because we switched online platforms Square e-gift cards will continue to work for in person orders at all shops, but will no longer work online.
If you get a "payment failure" error on the app, please manually entered the billing zip code for the card and be sure that there are no spaces. The space with autofill causes the error.
