TIPS
- Lower density coffees (usually under 1500masl) favor longer brew times (28-30s), while higher density coffees (usually above 1500masl) prefer shorter brew times (25-27s)
- As roasts age out, strengthen ratios for optimal extraction (ex. from 1:2 to 1:1.9) & increase dose (from 17.5g to 18g to 18.5g)
- Freshly Roasted 1-7 days / Peak Off-Roast 8-14 days / Aging Off-Roast 15-21 days
- When dialing in, change only one variable at a time to stay in control
