This is a subscription to our dynamic Don't Forget to Look at the Moon blend. Why such a long name? It comes from a quote in the book The English Patient. We'll try keep it short, but the meaning behind the name reminds us that though we may be pre-occupied with our day-to-day, we still need to take a moment to see the beauty in every day life, in simple things like the moon in the night sky. We often see coffee as a simple part of our daily routine, but the growing and production of coffee involves many hands and much care. It is part of rituals throughout the world, and brings people together in coffee shops and conversation. We invite you to take a moment to breathe in and be mindful of the beauty around you.
This blend is great for everything and has tasting notes of milk chocolate, apricot, and caramel in a sweet, medium-bodied cup.
