This set offers four distinct naturally processed coffees from around the world. This is a fun iteration because we get to explore naturals being expressed with different flavor possibilities based on terroir and variety. Some, you will find are fruit-forward, and some a bit more spice-forward. These bags are 100 grams each.

We are so proud to have these coffees as part of our coffee program. We love a tasting experience!

    • Xenia Calix - Natural Pacamara - Nicaragua
      • Xenia Calix is a coffee with tasting notes of cherry, key lime pie, nougat, and piloncillo. This coffee is extra special as Little Waves' first Nicaraguan coffee and because it's a Red Pacamara variety. These beans usually have complex and intense aromas; medium to dense bodies with creamy textures; and elegant acidity with flavors that swing from sweet notes of chocolate and butterscotch to fruitier undertones of stone fruits.

    • Atitlán - Natural (multiple varieties)  - Guatemala
      • This is our second time sourcing this coffee through our colleague, Kevin Nealon of Huckleberry Coffee Roasters. We're ecstatic to have this beautiful, community-oriented, natural Guatemalan coffee. This coffee boasts notes of mixed berries, dried pineapple, green grape, & caramel.

    • Edwin Enrique Noreña - Natural Castillo - Colombia
      • Edwin Noreña is a consummate professional. He is 3rd generation coffee producer, a trained agronomist, a certified Q-grader, and a sought-after Cup of Excellence judge. This Natural Castillo is processed by carbonic maceration (which involves fermenting the whole fruit in a sealed container that allows the CO2 to release slowly), and dried in the whole fruit. This process creates the juicy and beautiful notes of strawberry sangria, rosé, & cherry, in a sweet, vibrant cup.

    • Katia Duke - Natural (multiple varieties) - Honduras
      • This is our second year carrying coffees from Katia and in fact, she is the first producer we have sourced from from Honduras. This makes us super happy. It's incredibly satisfying to see women lead their farms and experiment for the sake of innovation for the betterment of the cup quality within a sustainable mindset. Like we always say, when women succeed, so do their communities. This coffee was a stunner when we sample-cupped it and again once we dialed in the profile. We are getting a juicy limeade (almost reminds me of my childhood lime popsicles from Mexico), florals and butterscotch sweetness. We took a lighter approach to bring out the florals and juicy elements we tasted when we cupped this coffee.
