This is our go-to method in our shops. We love it because of its flat bottom that allows for even extraction and the filter (not included) is thin but keeps out the coffee oils from the cup, giving us a cup with lots of clarity allowing the coffee to shine. It's also a peaceful ritual to make coffee on Kalita Wave. This Kalita is Stainless Steel and very durable.
