Friday, as part of our Little Waves Coffee Roasters La Marzocco Cafe Residency in Seattle, we'll be collaborating with one of our key sourcing partners Caravela Coffee cupping coffees for flavor and discussing investing in the supply chain. Today, Fullsteam Brewery launched our collaboration beer La Frida!
STOUT FUTURE MALT
Inspired by and in collaboration with Cocoa Cinnamon and their La Frida latte, we brewed this almost 90% local mole stout with chiles, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and pepitas. This collaborative beer exists because of the women leaders of both businesses (Areli, co-owner of Cocoa Cinnamon; Hannah, lead brewer of Fullsteam).
We have launched our Wonder Menu for the season in Durham and are splitting it into 5 successive menus at La Marzocco Cafe (through October 23rd). We regularly rotate our house-roasted relationship coffees across our shops. The menus on both coast mirror each other exporing the theme of Roots, Voices, Ancestors. Here are the five we are releasing weekly at La Marzocco.
