Inmaculada is one of the most revered coffee farms in the world, dedicated to the singular pursuit of quality. While they are most well known for the export of only their rarest varieties (Gesha, Sudan Rume, Eugenides, and Laurina), the Vientos del Pacífico blend represents a look into their excellence both in terms of terroir and processing, where a blend of Gesha and Sudan Rume has been rounded out with some lovely Bourbon they also cultivate. The resulting cup is a fantastic experience (as you might expect from a world champion farm) made more accessible by the presence of the high-yielding Bourbon. Vientos del Pacífico Blend is named for the location of the farm, on the westernmost mountain range, Sierra Occidental, before the elevation falls drastically towards the Pacific Ocean and the resulting cool breeze that keeps the coffee happy at night.
