Water matters! Depending on your brew method and recipe, H20 makes up about 90 - 98.7% of your brewed coffee - and the chemistry of the water changes how your brew extracts. Join us to learn the ins and outs of water, how it affects your coffee, and easy ways to keep your water and coffee tasting great!
To join the class, simply sign up! If you'd like to participate in our online experiment from home, source three waters and a bag of coffee. The three waters we'll be brewing with are 1) carbon-filtered tap (like a Brita pitcher), 2) unfiltered Durham tap water, and 3) distilled water.
As you are paying for this class, please leave your e-mail address in the Check Out information and 1 hour before the class, we will email you a Zoom link and instructions. If you do not receive this e-mail about 1 hour beforehand, please check your Spam box. If not there, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend ASAP. If you experience connectivity issues, please click on "Let's Chat!" in the bottom-right corner of this or any Little Waves webpage and Little Waves staff will be there to help!
Register your user profile on Zoom (if you haven't already), follow the instructions, and join the class via the link you received! You'll need a computer or smart phone with the free, downloadable Zoom app (or even a web browser) to join in.

* Please note that the instructor will be live via A/V and chat. Class attendees will be able to see/hear/text with the live instructor, though your camera/mic does not have to be on (there are some exceptions during Q&A time or for specific at-home activities - like the one in this class!). In addition, you will be able to communicate via the chat bar in the Zoom platform.
