Join us for a "Craft Level" class that will get you hands-on and pouring perfect lattes and cappuccinos in no time! We'll start with the instructor covering the fundamentals of steaming and pouring milk to create latte art. They will demonstrate different pour styles, then will open up attendee video for your participation (practice steaming and pouring on the live-stream) and supportive feedback! To attend class, you do not need to participate in the video component, though we encourage it! If you'd like to practice on the live-stream, you'll need the following:
1. An espresso machine or alternative way (Moka pot, strong Aeropress, strong Cold Brew, etc) to produce a ~2 fl oz "shot".
2. An espresso machine with a steam wand and a milk steaming pitcher or a French press or a frothing wand (if using a French press or frothing wand, you'll need a microwave or stove top to get your milk to ~ 140-150F right before you froth it).
3. Milk of your choice
