The Riripa processing site is run and operated by Neguesse Debela and his company SNAP. Located in the heart of the Nensebo Woreda of West Arsi.

Riripa receives coffee cherries from growers in several different communities. Coffees from the area are generally classified as Sidama, but this area the last few years has been making a name for itself in quality. While West Arsi may not be a widely popular name in coffee now, it will be in the future - and Negusse Debela is working hard to make sure Riripa is a standout coffee.

When it comes to choosing coffees for our menu, we try to keep a wide variety of options for all types of coffee drinkers. Riripa Natural fit the clean natural profile we seek with citrus, fruit, and florals perfectly balanced, and it was a no-brainer to bring this beautiful coffee onto our menu.
