Lots of y’all probably remember Nano Challa from last year. It’s a coffee that’s hard to forget with its delicate floral aromatics, balanced citrus notes, and complexity of flavor. This year, we’ve decided to bring in coffee from Nano Challa’s sibling mill Nano Genji.
Nano Challa did such a stellar job with processing and production that their membership swelled to numbers that maxed out their capacity. So Nano Genji was born, just a few miles away, complete with new equipment and dozens of drying beds to accommodate their new membership.
Expect big sweetness from this cup and a lively, effervescent finish that brings the whole thing together.
