With a strong team that works with farmers in the heart of in these areas, Abiyot is dedicated to experimenting and process improvement on all his coffees, but the naturals he makes are a particular focus.

This coffee is roasted on the lighter side to bring out these beautiful qualities this region is known for. We're getting blueberry, strawberry, citric acidity, white tea, sweetness through and through and silky mouthfeel. We're in love.
