This set offers five distinct naturally processed coffees from around the world. This is a fun iteration because we get to explore naturals being expressed with different flavor possibilities based on terroir and variety. Some, you will find are fruit-forward, and some a bit more spice-forward.

We are so proud to have these coffees as part of our coffee program. We love a tasting experience!
    • Tierra de Mi Padre (Women of La Yerba from Nayarit, México)
      • Tierra de mi Padre is produced by women farmers in co-owner Areli Barrera de Grodski’s hometown of Nayarit, Mexico. We’ve purchased coffee from these producers many times; this year’s lot, another increase in quality, features a syrupy body and a sweet, fruit-forward cup with notes of strawberry, raspberry, peach, macadamia, and white chocolate.

    • AproCafé Atitlán (Lake Atitlán, Guatemala)
      • This is our first time sourcing this coffee through our colleague, Kevin Nealon of Huckleberry Coffee Roasters. We're ecstatic to have this beautiful, community-oriented, natural Guatemalan coffee. This coffee boasts notes of candied peach, mixed berries, and dried pineapple.

    • Loma La Gloria (El Boquerón, El Salvador)
      • When we first tasted the coffees from Anny Ruth Pimental’s farm in El Salvador - known for their beautiful honey and natural processed coffees - we knew it’d be a long-term relationship. Loma La Gloria was purchased in the 1990s by Anny’s father Roberto, a civil engineer and a natural businessman. Anny took over the mill in 2012 and eventually built Loma La Gloria into a farm with a reputation for quality across the world. This box set features her naturally processed Yellow Bourbon variety with a sweet-tart acidity that reminded us almost immediately of tamarind and a well-rounded body!
    • Yembek (Yembekm Sipi, Kapchorwa, Uganda)
      • We're so happy to have a coffee from this region again! This coffee always has a major sweetness akin to cotton candy. This coffee has a big winey body with concord grape, redcurrant, and candied orange.
    • Pway Na Phar - Myanmar
      • It is a great honor to source coffees from a new-to-us origin this year: Myanmar. Part of my job as a green coffee buyer is to keep my eyes peeled for new and exciting opportunities to engage in forging relationships that we can build upon over time. We are getting so much sweetness from this coffee and notes of raspberries, orange zest, and rooibos. We like to say that this coffee is perfect for tea lovers. We cannot stop drinking it. It's so unique.

*If you order more than one box set going to the same place, please let us know in the notes if you would like each set to be packaged individually or if we can package them in bulk.
